Style File: {Leopard Print}

Fierce is definitely an over-used word in describing this print but it's very fitting.  It takes a little confidence to pull off this pattern, even a dash of it will do.  This is a very classic print and is the perfect accent to an outfit that needs a little something.

What gets me in this collection are the quirky patterns: the floral, the lips, and the touch of the 50s/60s.  Who could forget the handbags either? They are splendidly detailed with the ostrich-effect leather and bulky chains.  The use of pastels is definitely what binds all these looks together.

The Latest : {Pretty in Pink}

Sunshine is a great incentive to wear some wispy white linen pants, and a pink chiffon top makes the completion of that perfect pair.  That may just be my thought, but I switched in these wide-leg trousers from a denim pair I was planning on wearing; I think it was the right choice. :)

Style File: {Cool Mint}

Definitely refreshing and cool, but none the less, it is a shade that is so on trend at the moment, with the movement of pastels on the surface of the sea of style.  This color is one that I currently covet because of it's subdued feel, yet it is still somehow sophisticated.

Off the Runway: {Alice + Olivia Resort 2012}

Love the bright tones and the large sun hats.  The whole collection is summery and fun, especially with the breezy skirts and the quirky sunglass frames.  The color combinations have just a dash of happy with an overload of fun.

The classic it-bag, the perfect accent to your forearm and always the perfect accessory.  The array of colors can add the finishing touch to any outfit.  A fabulous bag is a great investment because it can be worn over and over again.

The Latest: {Classy & a Dash of Pearls}

I have just a slight, maybe even strongly favoring admiration for the classic first-lady/50s style.  The prim and proper feel is just my cup of tea.  I have also been having very strong preferences for dresses as of late, they are simply fun and put together in just one piece and I love it.
