The Latest: {Autumn Colors}

It's autumn, it has been for a while but it has just been settling in for me as of late, especially with the weather.  These photos were all taken today but the ever changing weather has brought rain, shine and clouds in very short time periods.  I also just got this tweed skirt and planned to wear it with a sleeveless peplum top but I decided chambray would dress it down just this once.

Current Cravings: {Cabin Fever}

Sweaters are definitely a quintessential item for these colder months of the year, but it doesn't mean that the colors have to be muted and boring.  These vibrant picks are sure to add a daily dose of fun to this festive season.

The Latest: {Lace Detail}

I adore this dress because of the lace panels on the sides, it adds just the right amount of femininity to this classic shift silhouette.

The Latest: {Out of the Box}

Not every person would think this look is out of the box, but a year ago I would have had the mindset that this was a "daring" look. Since creating this blog early this year I was very much a "safe" dresser, I didn't try anything too far from the ordinary and was seemingly hesitant about the idea.  Now I can say that I've mixed prints, have worn more color and have tried to have more of an appreciation that clothing can "go-together" instead of matching perfectly.  This look is slightly a farther departure from my ordinary and I love looking back on this blog as I've slowly refined my style.

Peplum, it's definitely been on trend since it's exposure on the fashion scene but I have to admit that I have yet to try it.  Here are a few budget friendly picks that have inspired me to try peplum out pretty soon, all under $50!
