Style File: {Fearless Fuchsia}

A mix of red and purple, it's completely dazzling.  A veer from a regular hot pink or even a purple tinted magenta, the bold mix in this shade has a special something.  Escape from the comforts of the ordinary and try this shade out for yourself.

The Latest: {Citrus}

Love the idea of a citrus print. Now it isn't just a thought but it has come into tangible fruition...pun intended.

The Latest: {Classic Staples}

I love simple yet versatile pieces because I know my investment will be worth the price I paid.  I recently purchased this chambray top and have been wearing it as much as I possibly can, at least without anyone noticing my repeats.  Previously, I had been searching everywhere for the perfect shirt and was so glad I found this one with the unique structure of the high-low hem.

I literally threw this outfit together, as I was running late the other day.  Later on in the day, I looked at myself and realized that I actually liked my outfit.  The combination of the simple black pant, a printed scarf, ballet flats and a chambray shirt was a seemingly effortless mix.

Off the Runway: {Elie Saab Fall/Winter 2012 RTW}

A more subdued feel compared to the spring 2012 ready-to-wear collection that I previously posted by this designer.  This collection, was featured at Paris Fashion Week.  It's definitely toned down in color but just as chic as always, in comparison to the signature style of this designer.  I adore both the sharp silhouettes and the flowing lines.  These are just some of my favorite looks; believe me, it was a difficult time to narrow down my favorites.

Take a look at the rest of the collection on British Vogue.

The Latest: {Pumped Up Kicks}

Sometimes style can be low-key and casual, as for me that is an everyday thing.  I'm never one to shy away from a comfortable outfit that is both practical and put together.

I recently found these sneakers at a great price and they are definitely a practical shoe for my longboarding obsession.  I'm definitely not the most coordinated person but I can maneuver on a longboard pretty well, which is quite a surprising accomplishment.

The Latest: {Sailor Stripes}

Dresses are so perfect for a walk around the city, especially when the sun is out.  I picked up this dress on a previous visit downtown and I fell in love with the silky flow of the fabric and the waist accentuating stripes.

Current Cravings: {Luxurious Nail Lacquers}

A distinct nail color, I feel is an essential part to any outfit, it adds another dimension to the entire look and is easily interchangeable.
