The Latest: {A Little Polka}

You can never go wrong with a little polka dot print and pleating detail.  The boyfriend fitted blazer is definitely a versatile essential and I love the grey tone with the navy shade.  Some ruby red shoes paired with a red lip seem like a perfect pairing as well.

Style File: {Floral Arrangements}

Floral is one of my favorite prints as of the moment, it's both fun and girly.  Styling this pattern can range from the casual and laid back to edgy and eclectic and transform into the predictable, lady-like and proper.  The possibilities are endless for this current spring trend.

Off the Runway: {Oscar de la Renta Spring 2012 RTW}

The intricate details are ever present throughout this whole collection.  I adore the use of different textures, like tweed and 3-D flowers, and the mix of the feminine skirts and structured suit-like options. Each outfit is it's own but they are seamlessly connected.

The full taffeta skirt is paired with a crocheted or lace-like crop top.

The use of the bright yellow in pattern and solids.

The classic combination of black and white.

Beautiful blue tones add a touch of cool.

The must-have touch of pink, especially since spring calls for such a bright color.

The whole collection can be found on Elle.

The Latest: {Blushing}

I couldn't believe it when I found this absolutely beautiful chiffon dress for such an affordable price.  Definitely perfect for spring, in a soft pastel blush tone and the lace details are a classic accent.  I styled it very simply so all attention could be put on this pretty number.

Friday's Fancies: {Pastel Pretty}

Pastels are so perfect for spring, recently noted in my post titled: "Style File: Spring Pastels".      These soft shades can be incorporated into your wardrobe beyond the Easter holiday season.  They add a touch of color and softness to an outfit that may need a little boost of cheer.  Take some time and check out the "Friday's Fancies" concept on the blog Long Distance Loving, you are sure to be inspired by the countless other bloggers that contribute to the theme every week.  Hopefully you can join in on the fun as well.

Current Cravings: {Arm Candy}

I personally am not much of a bangle or bracelet wearer but I can't help but admire the beautiful pieces that could adorn my wrists.  I love seeing stacks of them, in different colors, shapes and textures.  They seem to be the perfect compliment to any outfit just as long as your other accessories are toned down.  For now, I am content with just looking at all these gorgeous pieces from afar.
